HLTAID014 – Provide advanced first aid

Advanced first aid gives you the benefit of being able to provide more skillsets for those in need. It also teaches about effective spinal immobilisation techniques, more skillsets for monitoring your patient while awaiting help. It also includes all of the content of the Provide first aid course.

Course duration is approximately 3 days face to face delivery.

To comply with mandatory requirements, participants will be required to perform CPR on an adult manikin placed on the floor for competency to be achieved.
