Course Description
Provide pain relief will introduce most people to the use of medication for the purpose of pain relief when responding as a first aider. The module doesn’t look just at medication, but also non-medicated methods of pain. The use of methoxyflurane will be focused on, but the use of Entonox will also be discussed.
Course duration is approximately 2 hrs face to face delivery.
There is no requirement to perform CPR in this module.
